Interior Provocations: Radical Domesticities, February 4, 2017, was the inaugural public conference focused on the history and practice of Interior Design hosted by Pratt Institute. The symposium offered a series of radical propositions about the nature of the modern and emerging interior in the context of the expanding disciplines of Interior Design and Interior Design History. 

 

KEYNOTE:

Dr. Alice Friedman, Grace Slack McNeil Professor of American Art and Professor of Art at Wellesley College, and celebrated author of Women and the Making of Modern House (Yale University Press 2007) and American Glamour and the Evolution of Modern Architecture (Yale University Press 2010), among others.
